I was trying to download a full free version of a game creation program RPG MAKER VX Ace for my Compaq Presario C714NR Notebook Pc while following the required steps. I compeleted all the other steps and the final one was to open a file in the programcalled 'RPGVXAce.exe' where but clicking it should activate the program where then all I do is type-in info and all finished. But when I click on the file my computer gives a popup message stating: ' Unable to find language resource DLL' everytime I selectthe file and when I tried other like Troubleshooting and etc. Zero results happened.
