Snow Elf - Falmer Race mod (Dawnguard)It will be only for people who own Dawnguard Please read!!!Ok so i am not very good with the creation kit and i was wondering if someone could use the creation kit and dawnguard to make a playable Snow Elf race as there is a snow elf already in the game. Knight Paladin Gelebor is a snow elf and im wondering if there is any way to make his race possible, i have already looked and made race playable but when i change one thing, it puts a high elf head on the snow elf body, there is only the default height and skin for the snow elves but it mainly uses the high elf abilities as such. I came close to making one but i did not know how to allow for hair change, pick specific eyes or anything like that.
The eyes gelebor has would be the default eyes. Once im better with the creation kit and if this isnt done, ill make it but it will take me time as i am new to creation kits (even tho i messed around with the oblivion and fallout 3 kit im still not very good). When a High Elf family settled in a shack at the northern regions of Skyrim, the father of the family went out to collect some firewood. The forest was covered in snow, the river was frozen. After the father collected enough wood, he was about to go home.
On the way home he slipped on the ice and fell on the ground. As he looked down he discovered something under the ice. He broke the ice and saw a frozen woman holding an infant in her arms. They looked like high elves, but their skin was paler and their hair was as white as snow. The woman was dead, and the father was about to continue his journey to home, when he heard crying.
The infant was still alive The father freed him and took him home. The family already had two sons, 2 and 4 years old, but they decided to bring up the infant as their own. During the years they found out that the infant was a snow elf but they never told it to him. The Snow Elf thoght that they were his real parents.Years passed and The Snow Elf became older and older.
At the age of 12 he started to discover his racial ablilities. He has never been able to cast fire and shock magic as his brothers, but instead he was very talented in frost magic to his brothers surprise. He usually pratice his magic in form of duels against his brothers and he was easily able to beat both of them at the age of 17. That was the age when his parents decided to tell him about his parents and race. He was furious when he learnt the truth and left the family.
He wanted to learn more about his ancestors, so he went on a journey across Skyrim. He visited several Dwemer ruins looking for remaining snow elves, but he couldnt find any.
During his travelling he remained in disguise, he didn't say a word to anyone about his true identity. When he came across strangers he pretended to be a high elf.
Skyrim Snow Elves Weapon Mod
From the money he earned by collecting precious tools from Dwemer ruins he bought himself food. He spent the rest of the money on history books to learn more and more about his race.After 2 years of travelling he decided to return home to the family who raised him and loved him as their own. When he arrived to their shack he found the door open. He entered the shack and looked around.
He found the corpses of his family members lying on the floor. They had arrows in their chests and the blood was still dripping from their wounds. He felt empty inside, knelt on the floor and started crying.
Suddenly he stopped, because he heard a quiet noise from behind. He turned around and he saw a group of Stormcloak soldiers at the door with their sword drawn. The Snow Elf stood up, he was unarmed and he hadn't practiced his magic since he left home.
But the anger and hatred in his heart was stronger and he unleashed all the anger he had to the Stormcloack in the form of an icy storm. The Stormcloaks, the true sons of Skyrim, fell one by one, none of them was able to resist the unleashed fury of The Snow Elf.The Snow Elf burried his famliy near the shack and he left home now once and for all.
He began hunting down all Stormcloaks with his devastating powers. He heard about Stormcloak operations on the southern border of Skyrim. He went there with the purpose of killing every single one of them, but he was captured and was taken to Helgen.PlaystyleThe playstyle of The Snow Elf is very simple. You want to have Chillrend in your main hand most of the time.
Before the fight starts cast Frost Cloak, then switch to Ice Storm. Ice Storm will be your main damage source. If you are getting overwhelmed you can even use Blizzard to destroy large groups of enemies. For shouts you want to use Frost Breath and Ice form. They are both fitting well with the snowy theme.
Your armor should be Ancient Falmer armor, which you can obtain from the main quest of the Dawnguard DLC. On your head you can either wear Dukaan (Dragon Priest mask from Dragonborn DLC) or any enchanted circlet. You have to enchant your armor, thats why you need perks in the enchanting tree.
Skyrim Snow Elf Return Mod
You will also need restoration to heal your wounds during the battle. Factions:You want to join the Empire during the Civil war questline due to your dislike on the Stormcloaks.You want to join the Thieves guild in order to acquire Chillrend, but you won't use any Thief skills, besides Light Armor, so you only want to do this to get the weapon.You can join or even destroy the Dark brotherhood. I would recommend destorying it, because The Snow Elf doesn't like stealth and unfair fights and he won't use stealth, he will approach his enemies with honour.Due to your destruction and restoration magic, you might want to join the College of Winterhold and do this questline too.In the Dawnguard DLC you can either be a Vampire or join the Dawnguard, the choice is yours, but you should do this questchain as soon as you can start it (level 10), because this is how you will get your Ancient Falmer Armor set.Thank you for checking out my build, and have fun using it.
